Elopements and DIY small weddings in France …
I have helped lots of couples over the past 20 years arrange their wedding celebrations in France. There have been lavish large weddings, and also small intimate weddings, sometimes just the couple, and sometimes the couple and a few close family or friends. I no longer plan large weddings, but I am happy to help couples arrange their elopements or micro-weddings.
I adore the South of France, and spend as much time there as possible, so nothing brings me more pleasure and joy than helping you to arrange your elopement or micro-wedding in Provence or along the Côte d’Azur.
Having lived in the South of France for almost 20 years, I love to explore and discover interesting and unusual places that are super special and make the perfect backdrop for a ceremony and celebration.
These include olive groves, lavender fields, small isolated beaches, chapel and chateau ruins, hotels and great restaurants.
So I listen to you and your dreams for your celebration, and then make suggestions. You remain responsible for booking your accommodation and suppliers, but as I speak French I can help you with any arrangements that might be difficult for you.
I know photographers, videographers, florists, hair and makeup artists whom I can recommend to you. I also know lots of musicians - classical, jazz, contemporary - who can bring music into your ceremony.
In summer I love to paddle-board and hike, but my real sports passion is downhill skiing. So if you fancy a small ceremony during your ski holiday with all your mates, then I would be delighted to conduct this for you. It can be on the slopes or in front of the wood fire in your chalet, or on a terrace of your hotel.

And a summer wedding by a lake in the mountains is also a wonderful option. A chalet makes a stunning backdrop for your small wedding celebration, with hiking, swimming, and paragliding on offer to keep all your friends and family entertained during their stay with you.
